Slow Joe anyone know motor specs?

I spoke with him here last year....traded a few emails and PM's.
If I recall, he was a realestate broker-just a regular guy.
He told me he had his stock engine breathed on by a builder in NV and it had been running strong for over 4 years, and that he drove it that way everyday surprised himself it hasn't yet broke.
I believe his real name is Joe Mitchel...he had a business web site but I didn't keep a link to it.
The guy ain't no wrench, he is just your typical rider/owner who has lots more ***** than most of us and attends most westcoast rallys where he has became rather popular doing his unsponsored stunts.
OOOPS, I shoulda read the whole thread before I posted a reply....I see Slow Joe himself responded and explained all. Heh, heh....Joe, you are totally nuts and totally my kinda guy!

You are interested in my motor? Let me tell you its not stock. The video you seen me and the bike in...that motor was built by Ken @ Boulder Choppers in
Henderson Nevada. I know he won't tell you what was done...That is top secret!
But it was a 95'' 120hp 118tq And it was faster then most 124" I only lost 1 race to a local roadglide with 160 hp 159tq and not ashamed of that at all.
The new motor has not been on a dyno yet. It not as fast but it was free and runs 95"s also. The way I ride Ken told me to stick to short strokes big pistons.
I rev them around 7000 rpms. Just to let you know the hole shots I don't use a front BRAKE that is WFO throttle and dropin the clutch chain driven rear wheel. doin donuts front brake applied

How cool that you are on this site. I didn't know a thing about you until this past Sunday when a friend mentioned your riding skills. I came home and did a You Tube search and there you were. Congrats on your awesome talent.

Hey SJ...good to see you chime in as it's been a while. I was down in Frisco last month and dropped by the dealership for a bit. Was looking for some fresh circles outside but all that was left were a few faded lines so I laid out some fresh ones in each direction.
Hope to see you next time we're down...
