Default Ultra converted to Street Glide - CB Antenna dilemma

Sorry if this question is getting old, I have yet to find a good solution.

I go long periods with my tour-pak removed from my '06 Ultra. When I do this I really miss having my CB radio. Has anyone made the changes needed to still use the CB with the tour-pak removed..? and if so, what exactly did you do..?

I found that J & M sells a liscence plate mounted antenna that can be installed and wired into the radio/CB... has anyone tried this and was it difficult to get the SWR calibration done..?

HD sells a CB antenna kit for Road Glides and Street Glides. Check the HD Parts & Accesory catalog or website. Those kits would be a good place to start for a solution if you haven't considered it yet.

Can't provide any firsthand experience, and hope you get some.

Good luck with your search
