I did the sert myself on my Nightster. Was real easy! I had it dyno tuned locally, but I later heard that the tech doesn't really know how to tune very well. I'll give him this though, he go 80hp and 76tq out of that 1200. I heard that was pretty good with a/c and slip ons.

Apparently, there is no need to modify your EFI with a controller, even if you do mufflers and air cleaner. This is good news for those of us concerned about warranty and dont want to modify the EFI.

Here's a post from another thread regarding the difference between the Ness stage 1 and Ness stage 2. I believe the Ness Stage 1 and the SE Stage 1 are comparable, both are designed to be used with the stock aircleaner cover if desired.
