How many of folks out there have salt to deal with? Up here they use salt like it is going out of style. I understand why, but do not agree with it. That is the kicker.

The mix salt and cinders here. It can get quite nasty looking, and is a beotch to get the vehicles clean.

We've had a lot of snow this year and cooold temps. I think in the past month you can count on one had the number of days that have gotten anywhere near 30*, most days are single digits to upper teens before the windchill. Then there are the ice covered subdivision street and salt covered roads, gonna need a few good rains after this crap melts to clean the roads off.
my bike is having the dealer fix the custom paint during the winter and it was in the 70's (very strange winter) last week and I am cursing every rider on a bike.
