Got my seat back from Allen this morning. First off, Allen and Brent are a couple of the nicest folks I've ever dealt with and are as good as their word in all aspects. Due to my schedule, they adjusted theirs and the turn around time was perfect, nice to know that some people will work with "special" requests. Their prices are more than fair and the workmanship excellent. I'll now be able to find my scoot in the parking lot in half the time! I'd suggest to anyone that's not happy with their seat to give Allen a call
I was very disappointed with mine, while it added 20 miles to the stock seat I was looking for something I could sit on for at least 100 miles before it started to hurt.
Mean City made one attempt to make it comfortable, after that they didn’t want to hear from me.
I was very happy with the work they did on my Yamaha's seat. I have a badlander on my RK, but I know that pillion won't make momma happy on long trips. I think I may send them my stock seat to get it cut down some
Great looking seat.......I had talked to those guys awhile back and he sent me pics of the various textures he had.... I wanted the exact one you have, so now I actually see what it will look like...(I have a black pearl SG)
I had my stock seat on my Fat Boy rebuilt here. W/shipping there was less than a week turnaround. Less than a week later, I did 1468 miles in 40 hours between Virginia and the Dragon and back... I was very impressed. Very reasonably priced also.

Yeah, but you're a career Marine. You've been trained to endure torture. How can we believe you?
I read the other long thread about the fitted seats but I can't figger out how he can fit you without you being there. I like the idea, though. An aftermarket seat is like $500.
Allen took three swings at getting mine right, to include a gel pad on the last fix. Could have held me up for more bucks but didn't. Not his fault, I just have an old guy's ***!
