If you are a large guy/gal try the double decker with memory foam but make sure you have long legs. It will raise you up some.
I am a small guy (older at that) and had Allen do my seat in June of 07. After 18,000 miles or more I am still happy with the results. 1,000 miles is no problem.

Can't say that about my dealings with them! It's been down/back to Allen 3 additional times as they try to get it right for my (evidently) wierd butt. Hoping when spring finally gets here in MN and I can get it broke in, that 3rd time's the charm!

I am 6'2" and have no problem putting either or both feet down but I didn't like the idea of "raising up some" My RKC already feels freaking high enough! I like riding the old softail with a mustang seat because it still feels like part of me rather than riding on a fence or old fashioned fence high Sportster seat.
