+1 for glide2005 and Danny's Cycle Shop.
Also if you can manage to talk the service manager at Texan HD in Conroe TX to let Jason Pax work on your bike, he's VERY knowledgeable and EXTREMELY thorough.
+1 on Texan HD, though I normally use KT's Cycle Sevice, I-10 at SH 146 in Mont Belvue, Texas (near Baytown). Kevin services everything from stock to Top Fuel!
Johnny's Home Town Service, Belle, Mo. A little off the beaten path, but well worth the ride. I am not aware of many shops that will show you how to do a job and then let you use their equipment to do it(for a small fee). Johnny's labor rate and parts cost are way less than dealers.
