Is there something about the monster ovals that make them so much higher than other slip ons? The main reason I'm thinking about the change is for the new VH power duals headpipe, I think it's going to be a comprimise between true duals and a good 2 into 1. I talked to VH and they told me the headpipe would make 3-4 hp more than stock or true duals on bottom end but be equal to true duals on top end, but they said it would not make the tq of a pro pipe on a 96 ci engine. I am a big fan of the 2 into 1 pipes tq but I also really like the looks of the 2 pipes on a bagger, so the power dual header may be ok.
Your performance will be better with the Jack Pots then the Monster ovals.

That's interesting, I can believe it but what are you basing that on. I didn't think I would really gain anything performance wise with the MO but I like the new power dual header they are offering and I don't know if my Jackpots will fit it.

I paid $608 (chrome tip version) shipping included from a company called MotorCycle Pro Shop, found them online. This was on Dec. 16 so I do not know if there is a price change for the new year. These slip-ons look great and sound great (based on a 30 mile ride though). The mufflers in my picture below are not the monster ovals.

The High performance Jack pots use a 1.75 baffle and the right side is 2.00 baffle with fuel moto wraps the baffles to perfrom Jamie can answer that. I sell both and what we see with v&h monster is about mabye 82/84 tq stock 96 inch. You can see the link for yourself. Jack pots about 90/93 tq on stock 96 inch motor. But it all comes down to what you like for sound and looks.
