I am Looking for a leather type heat shield that fits just below the seat. The one I seen was on a used ultra that had a mustang seat on it. The shield had studs on it. Anyone knows who makes it?

try cool thighs.com. I use this one and you just throw it across your seat like a saddlebag. works good. I know the one you mean but cant think of the seller.

This is the place that was recommended to me.

 

Kuryaken makes something similar, they are plastic and are clear.

Cool Thighs look like they would make the engine hotter.

It would be nice if you could just throw them on and off when necessary.

 

I have not thought about that, making engine hotter. I am thinking about removing my lowers this year.
