I went to the bank one Saturday morning. Well, when I got home at 2:30am I realized I forgot to go! It was a nice ride though!

Default Long or short - reason for ride

+1 on all mentioned above.

I always find a reason to take the SG for a ride - my work office is 2 miles away and my satelite office is another 20 miles away - guess which one I use more when on the SG - I reduce my laptop computer case from additional stuff so I can use my smaller case that slides nicely into the hardbag.

Any reason to ride another day is reason enough for me.

Nimble in slow moving traffic and a dream on freeway running - back roads just as nice when I can use them.

Just like the old saying "Live to ride - ride to live".

Just as long as I can ride I know I am alive.

Good luck on you decision.

You will love a bagger for short trips. If you get a model with a radio, after awhile you'll find it takes longer to decide what to listen to than to make the trip to get that loaf of bread.

You mean I should have a different bike for short trips? Thought never occurred to me before? Hmm...maybe a Ducati Monster for those short trips to the store?

You know that loaf of bread is always going to be cheaper at the store 20 miles away

My bike is fun to ride anywhere, anytime(over 40deg). I think it's got more to do with my ridin style. I mean I ride this one the same way I rode the Lowrider. GAS and GO!
