I would like to tell everyone...This is only in " THE CITY OF MYRTLE BEACH " you can still ride without a helmet everywhere else on the Grandstrand. North Myrtle is wanting the business from the bikers and to get to the south end of the Grandstrand you can go down 17 to Hwy 22 go west for 2 miles get on Hwy31 south to Hwy 544 and go east on 544 to Hwy17 to get back to the Beaver Bar, Suck Bang & Blow without riding into the " City of Murder Beach SC "
Still planning on going and the mayor can kiss my ***! The city of Myrtle Beach doesn't sponsor, has never sponsored, MBBW. It was an even that took place within parts of its limits, but it can't shut down that which it never owned to begin with.
Three straight weeks and present a huge burden on the local community. Three long weeks of lost revenue is what this sounds like! For years we have been planing on heading there, not any more. Back to Laughlin!

That's all true, but Horry County, NMB, Surfside, and others are all apparently jumping on the bandwagon too.
I say go to the East Coast Sturgis in Md., great times and no hassles, you are out in the woods up on a mountain and people get along and it's all about bikers!
