I have searched for this and can't find but a few pics. Has anyone powdercoated there 9 spoke cast wheels? Either as a re-do, or to do the entire wheel, or to a different color? Pics?

 

I was thinking the same thing, maybe silver like the older road glides....

Those look nice. Did you have to bead blast the original finish?

 

I saw some at the local Dealer that were powdercoated "Red", on a flat black bike, for the old hot rod, rat rod look. With wide white walls. Looked pretty cool.

They are not mine. They are on one of the wrecks my buddy rebuilt.

 

I have smooth spoked wheels now. Like the look but would like to go tubeless. I am leaning towards PC black 9 spoke also. The machined tabs along the side of the rim may not be to noticeable once the whole wheel is pc black.
