I'm assuming you are still within the 2 yr warr period. Do you have your recp't where you purchased the Syn-3 oil?
I'd contact a lawyer. I'd contact the BAR, and consumer affairs. Contact your local D.A. (They have a consumer affairs division - our tax dollars pay for it)
Calmly go in with guns a blazin. Don't back down. They F-ed your motor up the 1st time. I'd demand a diff one from the factory. It sounds like the clowns at this dealer couldn't fix a sandwich.
