I'm getting some good ideas here. Lots of great pics and bikes. Anyone have any experience with a powdercoater in the Portland/Vancouver area?

It was the same Maliair filter but I had a Makuni Carb. Nothing came loose, the metal bracket broke. Makuni's don't have any mounts on the carb itself just a rubber gasket so once the bracket broke it fell off. It's the same Air cleaner and filter but the mount in your photos looks completely different. Mine had a SS breather hose that went across the top and down to a filter under the frame.

suppose to be one in oregon city that's good....I'm doing my passing/running light and hiway pegs from a place in corvallis that someone on this site from portland told me about....took them in on monday and suppose to get them back tomorrow....so will let you know how they turned out

Sounds good, I'd like see how they turned out. What are they getting for the work if you don't mind me asking? I'm trying to get a feel for pricing before I get started, for comparisons.
