Default Engine Install / Alignment

Whats the deal with installing and aligning a rubber mounted engine in an FLHT frame? I'm redoing an 03 FLH theft recovery bike that didn't have an engine, I got an 06 Ultra motor for it and dropped it in, what has to be done to align it properly? It has the original heim joint, I'm not sure if that's OK or if it needs to be aligned and exactly how to do it.

There is an alignment jig that is used to "square up" the engine in the frame. The tunrbuckles are used to hold in place, once aligned with the jig.

Look for p/n 740050
