OH I meant with the orginal front fender but that's ok because I've decided to paint the black peal strip on the back. I then have a matching pair, hate painting over the two tone stripped front. Next year maybe I can pick up smoothed ff and rf and go solid fire red pearl. I think I will take the fender skirt off and fill the holes w color matching plugs. Thanks again.

Hey man, it's your bike. Do anything and everything to it, as many times as it takes. The only person it has to make smile is you.

Nice ride. I crashed its twin in August of 2006. Broke my heart. I just love that Red Pearl/Black Pearl combo. It's cool to see it stripped down a bit.

Somebody please photoshop the saddlebag lids in solid fire red pearl, i.e. get rid of the black/pinstripe on the lids.

Thanks.

Got some of the mods done, lowered front fender matching the rear, side pannels painted to match bottom of saddlebags, painted sadlebag latches, removed rear bumper and saddlebag guard, and changed to French bezels. The front fender wasn't suppose to have rivets showing but my painter gave it to me and made the lowering block so I couldn't make him redo it .

Dam by the looks of the sky I'd better ride before the next storm.
Edit: Thanks to those who gave me input.
