You can price the HQ kits using this link:

The kits include fully ported heads which are not included in the SE 103 kits you are considering--so big price difference--and bigger performance difference.
Also, it depends on whether you are buying new pushrods, tubes, lifters, etc.

Masterblaster and ga4boats: Kevin from HQ supervised the HQ 107 Sport Touring build on lkr0's '08 after Stone Mtn. HD's Service Manager designated one of the tech's to do the HQ builds. The Kevin did the same thing on the demo '09 RG with the 107 HQ ST build (that lkrO later bought). Kevin also supervised the dyno tuning of both builds for the dealership's dyno operator.

I would say that the two Atlanta dealers Stone Moutain and Granite Mountain are building more HQs Motors that anyone around here -- that are being taught by Kevin and its a hands on class in motor buidling and tuning -- they will let you observe while they work-- Kevin down there getting dirty with it
