Well for the front wheel my bike is an oldie so it has a cable speedo drive which acts as the spacer on the left side of the fork, only the right gets a spacer. I just tried the rear wheel and the spacing is wrong. I can't fit the 2 smaller spacers on either side and the one larger one that goes on the pulley side. I pulled my old wheel out of the box and it fits like a glove and is dead on ***** center. If I omit 1 spacer the spoke wheel has wayyy too much play. A way to save this might be to try and get a spacer for the rear and just buy a 3 inch wide front spoke but I don't like rigging stuff up. Plus I'd have to see how the caliper bolts up. My bike is in pieces and there are tools all over the garage floor, basically out of disgust and disappointment. I think im going back to stock cutting my losses as much as ican and getting an 09 Black roadking Classic. but I'm gonna miss my radio on the glide. Confused as sheeit.

Man I'm sorry for your problems, truely, I feel your pain, but I don't see anything wrong with the listing. I'm with you though, cut your losses and go back with the stock wheels. You can probably resell them on ebay if you choose not to try to return them.

Road Kings are great, I almost bought one, but I sure hate to see you loose your glide and the tunes if thats what you like. This sounds like a situation I might get myself into. Its always something ya know.

bummer. i feel for you. try contacting them and see if they will make it right, but be prepared to be called a moron, or a terrorist, or 3rd grade dropout. acm's customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Thanks. What got me was the listing says direct fit on 84-99 touring bikes, believe me its not. the back wheel and the spacer mystery is even worse than the front wheel rubbing.
