Default RSD intake on 09 engine?

Will the RSD intake work? The websites don't list 09 but I thought I saw some pics on here.

Mike,

Not sure if it fits the 09 but let me give you my 2 1/2 cents worth. I have one on my Dyna and will be putting one on my 08 FLTR. First....you MUST MUST MUST get a rain sock from a company called "Outerwears". It is actually two pieces becase the RSD design breaths thru the top and sides. IF you don't, and you get caught in the rain, bad things could happen. Trust me.....

The RSD filter in my opinion is amazing for its performance and looks. Night and day gain compared to the SE high fow air kit. All that said...GO FOR IT!!. I have also seen these on Ebay for $329.00 (new)

I think with the discount@ the dealer I can get it for $339. I just need to make sure it will fit.

It fits. I have one on my '09. I just can't seem to remember if the '08 fit or there is an '09 version. I want to say it's an '09 version.
