There's a "how to" in January's American Bagger.
Using a dresser fender lowering kit from Aardvark Cycle.

I have a Road King Custom fender (same as street glide) that is already lowered, that I will sell for $100 plus shipping. Fender looks real good and lowering was done with weld on brackets. It is black pearl with yellow/red real fire flames on front and is lowered for stock 16" wheel. I switched to 21" front wheel.
PM me if interested.

+1 on more information please. The website does not have any information other than a picture which you can't see any parts. No welding is a good start, but if you can post a few pictures or better yet, scan and post the installation instructions it would be appreciated.
