Default Wide Glide Bars On 07 Road King?

Anybody tried that? I have an 07 RK Standard. Need just a little more rise and/or pullback to ease my back. Would the WG bars fit without replacing any cables, electrical, or brake lines. And would they give me what I'm looking for when rotated back just a hair?
I know they have a different shape. Pullback is less than the OEM, so I might have to rotate them back. But would I end up about where I started?

I don't need internal wiring and am looking for an easy replacement. If not the WG bars, any other suggestionswithout replacing wires, cables, or brake lines?

I put Heritage bars on my 06 RKC. They gave me the right height, wrist angle and reach. Didn't have to change any cables, wires or brake lines.

Oh, and the "nostalgia" grips are the best I have ever felt. They fit my hand great, have a good grip feel in all weather conditions. Check out a pair at your dealer.

+1 on the heritage bars you will have to reshape the
brake line just a tad but that is about it

Thanks guys. Yeah, I've heard of a few guys using the Heritage bars. Something about the Wide Glide bar bend that I really like. But, it's good to know that ya'll didn't have to change any components. I may end up with those Heritage bars, dunno. Bending the brake line is no big deal. There's a Road King High handlebar, but the bend is so that the grips point back too much for my taste.

A friend of mine has the nostalgia grips. I really like them except for the feel of the **** on the end. Love the barrel shape and look, though. I've thought about them.
