Question Handlebars Up 3 Back 2 or so... ish...

I've been looking around for some new handlebars that would be up about 3 inches over stock and closer to me about 2 inches or so. I've searched around different manufacturer web sites but haven't been having much luck. If anyone knows of a site I could visit or a shop that makes something like this, that would be great. The bike is a 2005 Electra Glide. I don't really care if the bars can have the wires run internally or not, just looking for the comfort factor.

Thanks.

Take a look at the new www.kustombaggers.com ergo bars.

Thanks, I'd looked at those before but kind of forgot about them. I think I'll order the Ergo-Up bar and see how it fits me. Thanks again.

Let me know if you do cause I've been looking at them too. It's hard to pull the trigger on something like handlebars however without actually sitting on a bike or ideally riding one with them on.

I agree, but I think the chances of me finding another bike with the ergo up bars on it when everyone's bike is buried in their garages right now is pretty slim. I know I want to change the bars this winter so I'll at least have mine that far apart so that when I get them, I can see if they "feel" right. I'll put another post up when I get them which will probably be in about a month or so.

I went with the Harley pull back bars for Electra Glides, which is up & back about like you describe. Worked great for me. BTW, I knew I was doing the right thing because the dealer had a used EGC on the floor with the same bars. Check dealer(s) in your area for trials before you buy.

Well I ordered the Klockwerks Ergo Back Bars and they did not meet what I was looking for. The only bummer about it is the 20% restocking fee which sucks because I never even pulled them out of the plastic when I set them on the bike. I'm going to be checking out wild1inc to see what they offer. I did ask Klockwerks about what I'm looking for and they pretty much said they didn't have anything like that.
