Do ALL '09 Touring Models Have Throttle By Wire?
Hello all. I am going to add a '09 RK or Glide to go with my Sportster and would like to know if ALL '09 RK's and Glides have the "throttle by wire" system? Can you get any of them without it?
The reason I'm asking is I have a brand new in the box Zippers Thundermax with Autotune for Softtails that I would like to use on the new bike but Zippers says that it won't work with touring models with the throttle by wire.
Any help would be appreciated since I hate to buy a new fuel module when I have a perfectly good $850 one sitting here....
I'm leaning towards a RK or RKC if that matters.

Yep, I think I'll call Zippers tomorrow and plead my case. I got it a few months ago but haven't even opened the box it was shipped in so maybe Zippers will have some mercy on me and let me trade it in. If not, then it'll go in the classifieds or Ebay...
