The first thing I would do is disconnect the battery cables clean them and the terminals. Then make sure you tighten the cables properly, when you reconnect them.
I would say that it is a very good possibility, that is your problem.

I already check them, thanks. The bike only has 2500 miles on it so the battery should be ok. Hopefully they can adjust the timing.

I got the same problem. Looking at having Compression releases installed

My 2007 ES Springer 110 came from the factory with a compression release. It started so easy.

Is your a problem hot, cold or both? Mine is just when it's fully hot like after a long freeway ride. Cold start, it cranks over easily.

Hot starts, It will hit with no problem when the motor is cool
