Where is the best to buy a service manual?

Chicago HD or Zanottis HD, if you want to save some $$. Otherwise your local dealer should have it, #99483-XX (XX=your model year). Pick up a Touring Models parts catalog while you are at it. The bike/parts breakdown schematics are a great addition to the service manual, #99456-XX. BTW, there are no aftermarket manuals that compare to the MoCo books.

For me it's the HD manual. It's given me all the info i ever needed.

So for an 09 touring, Chicago harley lists at least 5 different ones 99483-09, 99483-09DE, 99483-09ES, 99483-09ESP etc. what's the diff in them?

You want to go with 99483-09, it is English. DE is German and ES is Spanish.

Bought mine from the local dealer. We bitch about them a lot, but we still need them to be there. Heck, everybody has to make money. Besides, when I want something I want it NOW! LOL.
