To me a true bagger comes from the factory with bags on it. These so called wheelie machine baggers that have been being on the covers of the two recent bagger rags is stupid. I know there are true baggers out there that will carry the front wheel that would have looked much better on the cover than that. JMHO
Bagger around here has a meaning sometimes used loosely for something you want to keep. So when taking to someone, sometimes it is hard to keep it straight.
IE: I think I will ride my bagger and drop this double bagger off and stop at the bar and pick up a real bagger!
My buddie's softail custum has a set of very nice leather bags on it that look awesome. So I guess you could call it a bagger. But you could never call it a touring bike.
To me, just the opposite. I have toured all over the US on my FXSTC with leather throw-over bags but I would never call it a bagger.
I consider my RK a Bagger but not a Dresser. I always thought of Dressers
as HD touring bikes with everything but the kitchen sink on them.
Bagger=Touring bike....Dresser=Touring Bike with Comfort
Ultra=Ultimate touring comfort with all the amenities.
BAGHER=Next morning after late night at the bar.
I hope noone ever experiences the Coyote ug-y 2 bagher.
Ride Safe whatever you ride!!!
