Default Golden Rod

A dehumidifier that is made just for these type of situations, also you can put them in gun safes.

Unless something real funky is going on, we're talking about plain old pure H2O here. It ain't gonna hurt a thing.

Can't beat the dehumidifer. Keeps the bike and woodworking tools moisture free.

One of the reasons I bought an enclosed trailer. Bike stays in there with an heater and fan. Cheeper than heating the whole garage when I'm gone for a while.

We have the HD covers and I bought 2 24" "Goldenrods" from west marine. I mountedeach one to a piece of 2X4 and slid them under the tranny pan. They are on 24/7 and there is no more condensation. They draw very little electricity too. Worth a look....

Been watching this thread. All kinds of answers like dehumidifiers, bubbles and quite possibly the weirdest: store at stealer.. I mean dealer.
If it gets above freezing, why not dress warm and take it out for a half hour or so. That will get rid of any condensation, internal & external.
Why did you buy the bike if it's just going to sit there in the cold. Ride it!

As a Harley owning Electrical Contractor in the construction industry,I'd say you need a bit of an improvement in your garage ventilation. Can you get small (4") bathroom fans with built-in Humidistats? just put a length of cable on it,plug it into a socket and duct it out anywhere convenient. You can then set the 'stat so the fan comes on when damp air builds up.Thats what I've done anyway.
