I got my new Ultra with the Karman Kardon stereo, I inserted a cd (which it accepted) and it stacked on top of another one. Now neither will eject. Any help out there?

 

Are you talkin about the CD player in the dash? I dont believe it multi disc.

I would try taking it to a good stereo store and have one of those stereo gurus look at it before I took it back to Harley. They aren't going to have any idea.

You will need to power down your Radio and turn it back on to rmove the CD if that don't work you will need to go back to the dealer.

 

I knew it wasn't a multi-disc CD changer and I thought there wasn't a cd in it because none ejected so I inserted one and it sucked it in like normal (accepted it) but another one was playing ( the one I thought I had in there) When I went to eject it, nothing. I like Bob Segar but only so much of it. My fear is also I have to take it back to the dealer.

You know for all the features these new HK stereos are supposed to have, it sure seems they should have kept it on the shelf a while longer till they were properly tested. I can't believe all the problems that I read about them. [:'(] The old radio sound units were much more dependable. Glad I have aftermarket...none of the headaches, at a fraction of the cost.
