Not uncommon at all. There are some dishonest, thieving people in this world. I was in Wal-Mart one day picking up headlight bulbs for my truck and noticed something funny about one of the packs. It was Silverstars I think and someone had apparently bought the pack, taken them home and switched out their burned out regular bulbs for the Silverstars and returned them. Nothing surprises me.

 

Unfortunately, when it comes to the MOCO, I'll believe just about anything.

American buisness' lose (steal/theft) a lot of stuff by their employees.
A lot of the security cameras are aimed at employees, not just customers.

 

Backing up every one of our commercial transactions, somewhere, is a person. Companies do usually put out junk that hampers their reputation. A company like HD, that encourages user customization, continuously puts its reputation at risk. Less control = more pirates.
