Ahhh,..the great Corbin debate rages on. Love it or hate it - it always makes for a good thread. Personally I happen to love their seats, I'm on my 2nd Classic Solo (08 Street Glide) with backrest, and you can't beat the comfort for long or short trips. Can't really complain about CS either, have always dealt with Don Banama (sp?) in the Fla store, straight shooter and actually a nice guy. My first seat was a cutom order with stitching, took about 4 weeks (ordered in March - busy time of year) and the second was also custom (no fake ostritch skin /whatever in the middle) which I ordered in October. Had it again in four weeks. Guess it's hit or miss, either way they do make a really nice seat and I highly recommend them. I'd also recommend calling Don B, in Fla to place your order, unless you're lucky enough to live in God's Country, which I understand is about 75 miles from Holister.

I like them as well, takes a long time tho to get em.

I do have a heated classic solo with wide passenger pillion for sale that fits an 07 fatboy..
I'll throw in the riders backrest too... black leather with stitch.. comes with 2 keys and the mounting hardware and the wire/fuse to wire the heated part to the bike. Oh, it's in perfect condition.

Yeah need to sell it to afford a new one for my 09 SG ... hehe

I went through Saddlemen Hell for a few months and it sucked, as did their seat/s.

I have a Mustang Solo w/Backrest and I very happy with it.

What ever you do, DON'T BUY A SADDLEMEN, see here:

I've had 7 Corbins. And I know exactly what you're saying. I love their seats. But Customer Service is in the toilet in just the last 24 months. They better catch on, or they're going to loose a ton of business. My sympathies for what you went through. I sent at least a dozen emails, and called Corbin probably 5-6 times. Never got an answer from any of it. Just wanted a price to recover one of my Corbin seats. Finally just gave up! Some folks get too big, and can't handle it....
