HQ107ST build for GliderXXX

Torque number
I don't want anyone to misunderstand this question. I like HQ builds from what I have seen but in the interest of accuracy:
Based on some other forum threads, is the torque number suspect?
Please do not let this detract from a great build but the early hump looks suspect. I have seen these builds somewhere around 110-120 for torque. This one looks like a true 120TQ. Still very nice.

HQ107ST Experience
Wow! These are the numbers I would have expected on my HQ107ST build on my 2007 Ultra. I have a race tuner and D&D 2:1 standard baffle. Unfortunately, I did not get the same numbers as I had some components changed based on cost. Whole job cost me $2700 + $150 for dyno.
First, I did not use black ops lifters. Also did not use roller-rockers or HQ gaskets. Other than this, everything else is HQ107ST.
First dyno was not high output as this was a new engine. So, no numbers.
My numbers on final tune were 105TQ/100HP with nice curve on dyno with lines crossing at 5,500 RPM (where they should be). The ambient temperature in the room during dyno was 90 degrees. The Humidity was also 90. They did not do step tuning.
I would have expected more but the person I worked with seemed very knowledgable on dynos at the HD dealer and how one dyno can read different than others. Not making any judgments here but I cant see by not using the items I noted above will make this much of a difference.
I think dyno numbers are really hard to match because not everything is the same for each bike. But I have a hard time seeing numbers like this and wondering if my numbers should be higher or if the dyno tune on this thread was set up differently.
Open to suggestions or comments.
