I went to Autozone recently to buy replacement H4st's and was told they don't carry them any more. The part number they sold me was a 9003 (I think). Advance Auto Parts told me the same thing.

H4 and 9003 bulbs are the same. You can get Silverstars at Walmart.

I like Silverstars. They are the same watts are the stockers, so not techincally brighter. The light is much whiter, though. I first put them in my truck. I liked so much I put them in most of my vehicles.

I ordered some of the new bulbs http://www.waltersworkshop.com/ had out for the spots on my 09. Click on Bulbs/Lightning on the right and it will bring up the bulbs. Been looking at the parts stores around me but I have not found any that would fit the spots till I came across Walters.

The headlight bulb on most all of the late model touring bikes is a
H4 and the spot lamps are an H3.
