It came in the mail today so I sat down and watched it. I can't wait to get to a nice big parking lot and try some of it out for a while. Seems like a real well put together video.

Agreed. I thought I was good but then found out I was just stubborn. This DVD taught me that I didn't know squat about low speed handeling. Nothing can be much more convincing than seeing Donna Palladino pull a U-Turn on an Ultra in a 17 ft. box. Think about it. That's just a little over two bike lengths. Well produced, No BS and no nonsense.

True, learning to handle your bike at slow speed is better than losing it, running into and knocking over 3 or 4 hells angels bikes at a rally.

We take our DVD and our laptop out to a local school parking lot with a bunch a mini safety cones and practice.

It took me about a month before the techniques became second nature, and I had only been riding for 3 months at the time. I set up the course at a high school parking lot and even did it with the wife on the back after mastering the skills solo. Just as easy with a passenger.
It will definately make your riding experience over the top.
WORD OF CAUTION: THE EXERCIZES CAN BE VERY ADDICTING!!!

 

It's on my Xmas list. Can never learn too much about handling all that iron.
