No it's the the fairing, but your right on the speedo it does need to be turned back a little.Just some of that great quality control, the guy must have crooked eye's

 

I had a 06 RG and had the inner fairing replaced because the the notorious Windshield Scratching issue. The original fairing was perfect, but the new one was crooked to the right. I took it back and the could not get it replaced or fixed. HD customer service got involved and they came back and said it was within specs.

They never did fix that or the windshield issue. I am suing them for Breach of maintenance contract and Lemon Law in OH.

I traded the bike in on a 09 Ultra and I am perfectly happy! Suit still pending on other bike.

I have heard that customer service was excellent. I can say they are on a scale of 1 to 10 about a 3 in dealing with this issue!
