Saw this in a another biker forum:

Heard this from a Harley salesman buddy today and sounds pretty darn good. Here it is:
Anybody who owns an 07', 08', 09' Harley can trade their bike in at the dealer they bought it from for the amount they paid for it toward a new 09' Harley. Only on Dec 26th of this month. He said it will be advertised on the Harley-Davidson.com site and dealerships can opt in or out of this promo. They just got the email from Harley this morning.

 

Guess I missed it with an '06

 

I've already made my deal. Can't wait for the day after Christmas!

But my dealer says the deal only applies to 07, 08, or 09 SPORTSTERS traded in on any 09 Big Twin model that is in stock. No special orders.

 

Yup, on Dec 25th how much do you think "santa" will add-on the the MSRP tags?

 

Who would trade there 09 for a nudder' 09?

Now if the 2010s were out, yea that might be a good deal to look at, or for those with 07s and 08s to get themselves to the 09s yea.

Rumor or fact though?? Sounds like fiction to me...
