I had an FLHRCI and a SG, and that's how I did it for both.

Roll it forward or backward to get the valve stem where you need. Even if you had a lift (assuming you don't based on your post) it's a PIA just to air up a tire.

Roll the bike till the valve stem is on the bottom, A long double air chuck works best.

I have an ultra, and I just roll it until I can get to the stem, lay down and put in the air. Best and quickest way I've found when I have bags on.

Try having a Glide with 80 spoke 18" wheels on it! The gas station air pumps (as they are straight), I can't get to the stem to pump it up. I typically take it to the indy shop where I do most of my work (recently I stopped at Discount Tire and they were able to get to it with a hose.....)

I pull my car along side my bike and plug in my car air pump. I just roll it untill the valve stem is where I can get to it. I guess I have to ask. What other options do you have? I check my tires a lot. If I find one low, getting my lift out and jacking it up each time one is down a pound or two would be a pain.

UUUHHHH YEAH. Roll the bike till the valve stem is reachable.
You should put air in the tire with the wieght of the bike on the tire anyways.
