Default MOCO USMC Derby Cover

Anybody know why I can't seem to find the MOCO USMC derby cover to match the Air Cleaner one I bought for my 2007 Road King. I know I saw it in a earlier catalog, but can't find a part # or anything now. I went on HD site and all I see is a derby cover for the US Coast Guard now for the touring line. There was a derby cover in USMC on there for XL. Any help? I know there are a ton of aftermarket covers out there, but I wanted to match the one I already have on the bike.

Thank you,
Ronjo...

I believe our local dealer has at least one derby cover emblem hanging on his parts wall. I've been looking at the AF one. I'm sure I saw one for the MC.

If you can't find the matching HD ones, here's a page of USMC parts for Harley:

Those are some nice covers. Would anyone have the HD part# for the MOCO derby cover?

Thanks,
Ronjo...

For what it's worth I bought one for my Marine Corps Patriot (A/C cover too) and have regretted it ever since. The after market ones (take your pick) look so much better IMHO. The MoCo issue looks like a sticker (as you know from the A/C Cover) which to me is a tad too cheap looking for $120. The part # given above is correct but it doesn't show up at their website anymore. The dealers who don't have them out on display usually have them in the back - they're not hot sellers (any military badging), even in this military town.

For future ref: there's a hot looking after marker K-bar style shift rod out there somewhere too. It's one of my "some-day" buys but I haven't seen it lately.

Default discount for Forum members

I'm a sponsor here, and the one who makes the part that Skydoc showed in his post (tip of the hat to Skydoc).

Forum members are given a 15% discount for any derby cover order - which would make that USMC derby price out at $216.75.

No more from me.

Thanks - Tim
