Default Warmest Gloves

I need recommendations for winter gloves. I do not want to go with heated gloves for several reasons, one of which is I live in Florida.

Please let me know what has worked for you guys.

Thanks,

h

I have a pair of rabbit fur lined leather dress gloves. They are really warm, soft leather, and look great too. When it gets below 40 degrees, I add a set of liners.

I have these: http://www.harley-davidson.com/mcm/m...bmLocale=en_US

$75 and soft as a babys @$$! Have had them for more than a year and they have held up well. I love 'em, wish the gauntlet was a little longer but am thinking about buying another pair in case HD discontinues them...They are warm enough for Florida for sure! They are great gloves, go to the dealer and try on a pair and I bet you will like them. When it gets below 40 degrees I reach for the Gerbing G3's...

Default HD discontinued's

I just sent payment to an HDF member who lives in St. Cloud for a pair of these and he has a few more. I have NOT received yet but he seems on up and up. Cost me $60.00

Can pass along email address if you want.

GERBINGS. They make HD's gloves. However, HD has a 1 year warranty on the electic element. The exact glove with the GERBINGS name on it has a life time electric element warranty. Just about the same prose.

I have used the HD Windshielder Gauntlet, part #98158-95VM, for many years and they are soft, comfortable and warm. Highly recommend them for winter riding.

Tourmaster makes an excellent cold weather gauntlet glove called "Polar Tex". They're around $45 or so and warm down to 30 degrees with no fairing at freeway speeds. They'r textile with a nice soft leather palm area. They're not so bulky that you cant manipulate things yet they're windproof, waterproof and lined with Thinsulate.

Thats pretty much been my experience with the Tourmaster Polartex gloves too. Except I wish I could have gotten them at that price. I think I paid closer to $60 for mine.
