I have a stock 09 Road King and I'm thinking about doing this over the winter. What should I do first: screaming eagle air intake, pipes and flash or the 103" kit? The two options are about the same amount of money at my dealer.

Thanks!
Mark

No cons for 103 Stage II IMO but a huge improvement over stock 96 in every aspect.More power better mileage I don't see any thing negative about it.

page 71 of 97 the only cam better than
the SE 255 cams.

In regards to the hard start issue when hot here's a tip. When starting hot don't wait for injectors to charge, turn key on and hit starter button immediately bike will start right up. Mine doesn't have CR's and this has solved my occasional hard start problem.

I'll throw my hat into the mix as well. I have a 96" 2010 streetglide with SE 204 cams, a se tuner, V&H's power duals with 4.5" twin slash ovals and a SE Heavy Breather. My bike makes 90hp and 102tq, if you want to pull it in a crazy 6th gear pull it will do 92hp and 104tq. If I had a 103" motor I personally would't use the 255's because I like some mid range as well so I would still use the SE204's. This cam has great bottom end and is very good up top as well. JMO.
