I have a 103" Stage II setup with my heads ported and polished from Branch-Okeefe in California along with theyre cams for my trike. The torque curve is great all the way through the throttle
I had it dyno tuned and was making 92hp with 101ft lbs of torque. My fuel mileage around town and highway averages between 37 and 42 with my big butt on it.

Have had the 103 for over 2 years now and the only people that say "no difference" are the people that have never ridden one. The increase in hp and torq. is immediate. Anybody that can ride a stock bike with around 65 hp and one with almost 100 hp and say no difference is only fooling themselves and are wanna-bes, don't listen to them and enjoy "your" bike.

Nobody riding a stock HD ever says "no real difference" between their bike and my 103" when we pull away from stops.
I am very happy with my build. I get right at 40 mpg even when riding hard. A little better when putting and a little worse when hot *******, but always between 38 and 44 mpg.

Well I have a stock 96 heads untouched, Stock compression with SE211s, Power Curve, SERT, that dynoed 93HP and 107lbs of torque.
Going to 103 is nothing more then a 0.60 thousands overbore if I am not mistaken. Advantage over a 96 yes, but not major for money spent. What I personally do not like about the 255 is they run quickly out of poop at 4,000. There is not much duration in that cam. I have a buddy running a 103 and 255s and I smoke him with the 96 and 211s! Much of it has to do with the guy doing the tuning.

What's a "power curve"?
Wow, that's a great dyno chart, I'd imagine that if you had a 103" that yu'd have over a hundred HP and over 115 TQ. All other things being equal, that's only a couple hundred dollars more than what you've already spent.

209 miles @ 4.73 gallons.
On my 2007 w/5.5 gallon tank, under optimal conditions I'd get 243.02 miles per tank.
Granted the mileage above was mostly highway miles, so (pun intended) your mileage may vary.

My son is a builder/tuner and says he hasnt seen 107 ft lbs out of a low compression motor with 211's before. Looking at the AFR, it it was tuned properly (its rich 2500-3200, then lean 3200-4000, then way rich 4000-5200, then lean again above that) your #'s would change. Torque will go down and HP may go up a little, at the very least you'd lose the HP dip at 4300. Based on how far that AFR graph is squished and that your at 10-1 at 4500 your tuner owes you some more work.
His bike is a stock 96 with 255's out of an SE 110 with a big K&N and Bassani 2-1 dynod at 84 hp 101TQ in Colorado with just one of his base maps and no tuning. The CVO bike the cams came out of had the same pipe and K&N and dynod at 86/106 on the same dyno. Cubic inches alone dont make HP/TQ these motors need compresion and cams to make power.

Yes, motor has to be removed, cases split and bored. My sons shop charges 8.5 hours to do a big bore with cams and 26 hours to do a 110 with cams.
