I like the whole wheel blacked out with wide whitewalls. Looks sweet!
I do too, I think it looks awesome. My wife and riding buddy strongly disagree, and it seems that the majority here don't like WW's either. Decisions, decisions! (pulled the wheels this morning, gonna do SOMETHING, even if it's wrong!)
Hey Stro, If your gonna do it, use the WW's. Gonna be labor intensive to keep 'em clean but it'll look nice! It looks kinda retro or old school to me.....I like!

I'm really leaning that way myself. I figure I'll run the tires I have for now, front and rear each have 5K left in 'em. Then, when it's time to change them both at once, I'll go for the WW's.
I have an EG standard that I blacked out, this summer I powder coated the wheels in mirror black and did the polished tabs around the wheel in a red that matched the red on my tank, looks pretty cool. There is a website with good pics that I saved in favorites on my home computer. On laptop now so when I find it I'll pm you. I also will eventually do the WW's when mine wear out. Very easy to clean and maintain.
Did laced wheels on my SG. Tore them down and powdercoated the laces with WW's. The wheels are very low maintenance but the WW's are a pain to keep clean, especially if you get caught in the rain. Have a few pics if you're interested.
Gitr' done and post the pics. It should look awesome. I am not doing anything that ambitious but I am waiting for my order of goodies to arrive. All I have to do is get the garage warm enough to work. It is currently 9 degrees and tomorrow should warm up to 12. Feels just like summer. :-(
