That sounds like good deal, I have the 95" stage II kit on my Ultra and I am glad I had it done. If you are making these mods now would be a good time to either convert to roller cams or gear driven cams. I have not made that conversion yet because of the extended warrant I have. After 40,000 miles the cam chain tensioners were just replaced; would have cost me over $500 in parts and labor without the warranty.

I wouldn't trust these HD stealers around here to do 16 $ much less 1600 $ on my bike. They don't have any machanic here, just parts changers.Haveing mine done at a local indy as we speak. Not cheap though, but going past 95 .It should be about 97 hp 110 lb tq .That should get me done the road pretty good, and still get 40mpg. Well maybe.

I had a friend take his R/K to Ithaca for cams, and he seemed happy. I don't know how the people in Binghamton are. $1600 doesn't seem too awfully bad though. Just get it all in writing before you drop it off.

I'd pass; primarily because the SE 95" kits don't deliver as much performance improvement or reliability compared to proven, aftermarket components. The SE kit will come with SE 203 cams which, though better than stock, are not as good a cam as Head-Quarters HQ-0034, Andrews 26, Woods TW6, etc. These are all bolt in cams that are not hot rod cams; just better in a stock motor than the SE 203.
Also, why buy mass-produced HD cylinders (which are sometimes out of round) and pistons from HD when you can get perfectly machined cylinders using your own take-offs with pistons to match?
You'll notice a difference if you buy the SE 95" kit compared to your stock configuration, but you will see even better performance, equal or better reliability, and equal or better fuel economy with a better cam and having your own cylinders bored and matching pistons installed.
FWIW, my '04 EG with HQ-0034's in a bone stock 88 w/ Rinehart TD's and SE a/c runs stronger than the several SE 95" BB kits on my buddies' bikes.
Whichever way you go, you will benefit from a good tune.
Good luck with your project.
