Installing my mini beast horn from my old bike to the new 09 SG. What a PITA. Just to install the battery tender and horn hook-ups took way too long and now I got to drink a beer to calm down. What a mess under the seat for adding stuff to the battery. Ok, now I feel a little better.

 

When all else fails'' Walk away and have a couple beers and then go back for another try. It worked for me on the ignition post.Three hours of swearing at Harley and a six beers latter!! Success with the flat blade screwdriver lining up those tumblers.
