My 09 ultra has the wife complaining about vibration while we are riding, it's bad enough that she has a quiver in her voice when she talks. I can't find anything wrong or anything loose. The tour pack looks to be mounted as it should be. Has anyone had this problem or does anyone have any suggestions for a fix. It is only while she is leaning against the tour pack. No I can't always leave her at home.

 

I've never rode on the back. Maybe theY all vibrate a little and your wife is the first one to speak about it. You ride a 09', have your dealer check it out.

Is the first bike she has ridden with a tour pack? I rode a Goldwing before I bought my Ultra. I gave my darling a test ride on an Ultra.....and she said the vibration was something she 'could live with.' Since I was going to buy it anyways.....she hasn't mentioned anything bad about our bike (except engine heat at a stop light...way too hot at first).
I don't notice her voice quaivering....since we don't normally talk on the bike.
sometimes she says "I have to pee." But it is a strong voice at the time.
