Dan Aykroyd's Harley

I agree with Dan, 30 minutes on my bike and all my worries are gone.
It doesn't have to be a HD, just being on two wheels on the open road with the wind in your face.
I don't ride my bike to work alot, my wife can't understand that riding it to work just isn't the same as getting out of town on the back roads. Void of traffic, some good twisties, and a little Jimmy Buffet ! Thats better then any Psychiatist couch !

Here's Dan Akroyd.

This is but one of Elvis's Harleys showing that he was way cool, building his own "shark nose" before HD built them themselves. Maybe they took Elvis's lead or was this a factory built bike?? (Photo taken at Graceland shortly after opening to the public)

I knew that Aykroyd has been riding for years (in fact him and Jim Belushi came to the opening of a House of Blues riding Harleys).
But what amazed me about the quote was "I am lucky enough to have a 2003 Harley-Davidson Police FLHP..." With all the money he has, he still sees it as a privilege to own a 6-year-old Harley. Which just goes to show that some people use their riches to try and buy happiness, but other people are content with simpler things, regardless of how much moola they got.
I was impressed.

After about 2 minutes of my recent Classic rental I realized, "I've been such a fool!". That was the best day I've had in ages. For 15 years (since I sold my last Harley) I went through bikes at a ridiculous rate. Never really could find that 'fit'. Harley may not produce technological marvels. They do put together a package that can speak to a rider like no other.
