NO, I don't think you're being picky but you do have listed one of the more popular bike/color combinations.
Keep searching but I don't think you're gonna get that great a "bargin", maybe another $500 off but you never know.
When I bought mine the guy who originally ordered it backed out, forfieted his $1000 deposit, I walk in, offered cash and got a grand knocked off, spoked wheels the guy ordered no charge and the $500 in parts/labor/accessories the dealer was offering at the time, plus the bike delivered in 3 weeks not 2 months had i ordered it.
Just got to keep looking.

Try Navy Auto Source in Okinawa
Check with Navy Auto Source in Okinawa. They might find a way that you can qualify for the Military Advantage Program. I'd send an e-mail to the 7th Fleet rep listed on the website, and see if he can work something out. It's worth a shot. http://www.navyauto.com/
