What happened to this idea. I think this could pull Harley out of the sales slump.

 

The pending Gold Wing redesign is supposed to look something like that, only modern of course...

HD needs to make an "ULTRA" version of the FLTRU Road Glide and that will be the icing on HDs cake..

 

SNS, This is OT just curious what don't you like about the Monster Ovals that your selling them?

When more people lose their houses, they would kill to live out of one of those.

 

Not that I don't like them, I just like the stock mufflers better. The stock 09 mufflers are great.

 

Reminds me of a Victory tourer with a roof rake.

Anyways that's friggin awesome! Put off-road tires and shocks on and they'd sell in a heartbeat on your way to your favorite fishing hole!

 

They used to make a Tour Glide Ultra, not sure how many RG's H-D sells per year compared to the other models. May be a demand issue.

 

Call it the new Gold Glide or Road Wing.......hehe. I got to see a fully loaded 08 GW a few weeks ago and all I can say is those things have allot of buttons.....
