Default whats your winter project?

my project: Kings Ransom,
My 07 King will see a few new mods this winter. to start it off the Klock Werks black Mentele bars are commin off and being replaced with black powder coated wild 1, 1 1/4" 18" apes with all stainless lines, chrome switches and internal wiring.
gonna have to run without the Dead Center Cycles fairing 'cause the bars are goin straight up.
single drop mirror (been toyin with the idea of a bar end mirror, visibility is not a concern)
street stalker front fender, painted black
blacked out lower forks
MIGHT do 2 into 1 and hang the plate under the other bag(i want to find a pipe that really growls and scares children)
ill get some pics when the parts start commin in

I'm gonna keep looking for a deal on a '77 XLCR cafe bike, either a basket or complete.

Got my eye on an HQ 113" or HQ 120" build! Either way, I should have an entirely new beast come Spring.

since the economy is in general disarray here in Michigan, my winter projects are going to be a bit more tame. Going to do a DIY garage door opener, have my front floorboards chromed, install my Bagger Brace which should be arriving anyday, and hopefully be ready for any indian summer days we might get

Adding 08-09 Brembo front brake calipers, polishing the 08-09 brake rotors, stainless front brake lines, lowering the front fender and adding chrome upper slider covers and sliders.

180/55/18 on rear of my 08 SG, using stock fender and swing arm...LOTS of room, damn... should of ordered a 200, LOL...project underway. 130/70/18 front tire on our own CNC machined wheels. Lower the front 1", chrome the fork tubes and make new cow bells on the lathe. Maybe if time allows.....Wiseco 10.5 /1 , 103 pistons with Bobby Woods TW6 cams, Charlie Westcott to do his HEMI magic on another set of cylinder heads 2.02 intakes, 1.65 exhaust. The SG runs good now just needs more *thump* : )
