I have the Arnott system also. Took me 2 hours to install with no problem. I could do it now in about 30 min. I have an 09 Ultra and bought the original height shocks (13"). If I was to have a failure it would go down but no rub my wheel. I could still ride home. I love the ride and the ability to lower it. I lower mine down on a center stand to park. Real cool and takes no effort. Does not leak like my origianl HD air shocks.

I have the Platinum air ride and I love it. Took a few hours to install and like the others if you have some mechanical aptitude you will be just fine. I would beg to differ on the fixed drop from others......If you know how to properly adjust your shocks for the ride you wish to take.....solo slammed or comfy with the wife you will not be disappointed at all. I don't have the luxury of an automatic dump but when I drop the bike at the bar it's slammed and gets all the looks as the others. Takes a flip of the switch to set ride height and bleed for the rebound.

Looks and rides like you are on air..........unless you like the slammed rigid feel you can run it all the way down with the rebound set full stiff and you will have no suspension at all if you wish.......BADASS...thats my 2 cents

Iam only 5'6'' so I had an air system put on my EG and I love it . Mine is manual has 2 buttons on left handlebar, it takes about 2 seconds to dump and about 10 to build.
