You can't run bag guards with the street glide piece, that is the main reason for me anyway

What do you do about all the holes in the fender?I have a SG facia sitting in the shop but dont feel like filling the holes and repainting the fender to put it on.

Hey Rockerhard69, check your Private Messages.

Oops, disregard if you're referring to the chrome version.

I have a question for anyone who has done this on an electra glide, that only has the bottom saddle guard rail. The bumper i took off has the tabs that the rail attaches too, so where does the saddlebag rail now mount to?

You get a new support with the kit and the saddlebag support bolts to it.Same as the bumper did. If you have the saddlebag side rails it does not affect them either. I installed the kit on my bike but then took off the double rails for a different look.Next step I might remove and paint to match my bike. But the chrome will grow on you. You can go with the street glide facia cheaper but you have to either replace fender or have holes filled in stock fender and paint. I like mine , it also works as brake light, more light is a good thing.

Last fall I checked out an un-opened tri-bar light kit at the dealer, and there wasn't a rear fender support bracket in it.Maybe it comes in later editions of it.I wouldn't remove the bumper without installing one of these brackets.
